The “Ankara Keçiören Municipality Fatih Stadium Area Design Idea Project Competition,” organized by Keçiören Municipality, has concluded. A total of 153 projects — 116 in the professional category and 37 in the student category — were submitted to the competition, and the winning projects were selected following the jury’s evaluation.
We sincerely congratulate our graduates Ahmet Berkayhan SOYBORA (Team Representative), Tuğberk Kaan NAZLI, Cansu TATLI, Muhammed Burak SALİH, and Mustafa Batuhan DOĞAN, who took part in the project that received the 1st Equivalent Prize in the professional category, along with all their teammates.
The competition focused on the redevelopment of the Fatih Stadium site in Ankara’s Keçiören district, which has currently lost its original function. For this site — located in the center of the district and connected to surrounding green spaces and major transportation axes — participants were expected to develop qualified spatial proposals that integrate with the immediate urban context and generate value at the urban scale.
